On Sunday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers traveled to Caesars Superdome for an NFC South rivalry matchup against the home-team New Orleans Saints.

Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers dominated this Week 6 rivalry matchup, finishing the game with a 51-27 final score. Tampa Bay outplayed the Saints in every facet of the game, putting together 594 yards of total offense en route to the blowout victory.

With this loss, the Saints are now 2-4 to start the 2024 NFL season.

New Orleans head coach Dennis Allen has faced some significant pressure since he took over as the team's sideline leader in 2022. Now after this disappointing start to the year, calls are only intensifying for the franchise to make a change at the head coaching position.

"It’s time to fire Dennis Allen. I’ve seen enough," one fan wrote.

"#FireDennisAllen immediately. This is far by his worst game yet as a saints head coach. How many more games will it take for us to get rid of him?!" another asked.

"Almost 600 yards given up and a 50 piece on our heads. Get dennis allen out of new orleans NOW," another said.

After starting the season with wins over the Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys, the Saints have since dropped four games in a row against the Eagles, Falcons, Chiefs and Buccaneers.

Allen and the Saints now have a short week to prepare for a Thursday Night Football matchup against former New Orleans head coach Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos.
