Dylan Edwards didn’t ‘take it too personally’ when things got heated against Colorado

Dylan Edwards returned to Boulder on Saturday and scored a touchdown against his former team.

After the game it was all smiles for Edwards who's team improved to 5-1 with the victory.

Dylan: it was a great team win. I'm glad we just came out here in Boulder, with a tough environment and got it done.

On the trash talking out there in the field

Dylan: uh you know that's football so I I don't take it too personally

Did you enjoy that scoring in that South End Zone front of their student section?

Dylan: Yeah, it was a great feeling. We had a great goal line mentality and they got me in there.

Any special emotions that came from playing here again?

Dylan: Definitely seeing old friends back on at Colorado, especially after the game, them showing me love and I'm showing them love it felt great.

Can this team compete for a Big 12 championship?

Dylan: we're a contender for sure and we're just trying to get to the playoffs and win every single game.
