"Monday Night Football" in Week 6 featured a pair of AFC East rivals, the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets.

The Bills were looking to head into halftime with a 20-10 lead, but Aaron Rodgers had other ideas.

With eight seconds left in the second quarter, the Jets had the ball on their own 48-yard line. Rodgers snapped the ball, dropped back to pass, and heaved a miracle to the end zone.

Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard went up and came down with the football in a crowd of players, cutting the lead to 20-17 with the extra point.

Fans immediately took to social media to call Rodgers the best Hail Mary thrower ever. He spent the first 18 seasons of his NFL career with the Green Bay Packers. During those days, he pulled off a few massive Hail Marys in some big-time moments.

"The Hail Mary King 👑," a fan said.

"Hail Mary GOAT," added a fan.

"The goat at Hail Marys," another said.

"Aaron Rodgers doing Aaron Rodgers things!" added another. "Hail Mary goat!🤯."

"Hail Mary 🐐," a fan wrote.

"Hail Mary King for a reason," another fan said.

"HOLY GUACAMOLE!!!" added another. "HAIL MARY KING."

The first Hail Mary in a Packers jersey happened in 2015. Down 23-21 on the game's final play, Rodgers threw a 61-yard Hail Mary to walk off against the Detroit Lions.

The second occurrence happened under a month later in the NFC Wild Card round against the New York Giants. This Hail Mary was on the final play before halftime from 42 yards out. The score gave the Packers a 14-6 lead.

The final one happened in the 2016 NFC Divisional round against the Arizona Cardinals. With Rodgers' Packers down 20-13, he launched a 41-yard Hail Mary with five seconds left to tie the game and send it to overtime.
