    Former NFL Star QB Arrested Thursday Night: Report

    TMZ is reporting that a former NFL quarterback was arrested Thursday evening in Tennessee in connection to a DUI case and faces other charges, including gun possession.

    Per the TMZ report: "The former NFL star and ex-husband of Kristin Cavallari was arrested for DUI and 3 other offenses Thursday evening in the city of Franklin, TN. The other crimes were failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law, and possession of a handgun while under the influence. Cutler was booked into the Williamson County Jail."

    Cutler was released from jail after posting a $5,000 bond, according to TMZ.

    The 41-year-old former quarterback was drafted by the Denver Broncos with the No. 11 overall pick in the 2006 draft, earning a Pro Bowl appearance for his play during the 2008 season. He was traded to the Chicago Bears before the 2009 season. Cutler finished his 12-year NFL career with the Miami Dolphins in 2017.

    The Santa Claus, Ind., native played high school football for Heritage Hills High School. He was inducted into the Indiana Football Hall of Fame in 2022. Cutler played his college career for Vanderbilt, earning All-SEC honors in 2005.

    Cutler was a star on the show "Very Cavallari," from 2018-20.
