New York Liberty coach Sandy Brondello didn't hold back in calling out the officiating in their Game 4 loss to the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA Finals.

The Liberty and Lynx played another tight contest, with the scores tied at 80-80 with only seconds left to play. However, Minnesota took the 82-80 victory after Sabrina Ionescu fouled Bridget Carleton, who proceeded to sink her two ensuing free throws for the win.

Kayla McBride top-scored for the Lynx with 19 points, although it's a balanced effort from Minnesota as the rest of its starters all scored in double figures.

Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu were limited to 11 and 10 points, respectively, with Leonie Fiebich leading the Liberty in scoring with 19.

What stood out to Brondello, however, was the free throw disparity. Considering how close the game was, it definitely had a huge impact on the game. The Lynx made 15 free throws out of 20 attempts, while the Liberty only had nine attempts from the charity stripe and made all of them.

Brondello admitted she was "pissed" over the officiating, calling out the league and its officials and demanding that they be fair.

"We got no calls today," Brondello exclaimed, per ESPN. "This pisses me off. Just be fair."

It's easy to see where Sandy Brondello's frustration is coming from. The Liberty were just one win away from their first WNBA championship, and for them to miss out on that because of officiating is definitely disappointing.

Now, the Liberty will have to play a do-or-die Game 5 at home. The showdown is scheduled for Sunday.

It remains to be seen how the WNBA will respond to Brondello's latest comments. Nonetheless, there will certainly be a lot of eyes on the officiating in the crucial finale.
