Bronny James is Trending After Lakers Make Big Roster Move

The Los Angeles Lakers concluded their NBA preseason with a blowout loss against the Golden State Warriors on Friday. Defeating Los Angeles by a final score of 132-74, the Warriors completed a perfect 6-0 preseason run.

Lakers rookie Bronny James, the son of LeBron James, had his best performance of the preseason in this game. Tallying 17 points and four rebounds in 35 minutes, Bronny finished the preseason averaging 4.2 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.3 assists. The 55th overall pick converted on just 29.7 percent of his field goal attempts.

While Bronny performed well in the preseason finale, his rookie teammate Quincy Olivari was the night's biggest story.

Olivari's emotional postgame comments about Steph Curry went viral. This game concluded what was an impressive preseason showing for Olivari, who averaged 8.8 points on 52.2 percent from the field and 57.1 percent from three-point range.

It was announced by the Lakers on Saturday that Olivari had been signed to a two-way contract.
