Trade 'Steal' Amari Cooper Sends Message to Bills Mafia After TD in Debut Win

All in all, it's hard to think of a better debut as the lead receiver for the Buffalo Bills for wide receiver Amari Cooper.

In Buffalo's 34-10 blowout victory over the Tennessee Titans, the former Cleveland Brown caught four passes for 66 yards including a touchdown pass in the second half to put the game away.

Cooper was acquired by Buffalo in a trade Tuesday with the Browns that sent a third-round pick back to Cleveland for the deal. While Cooper has played in front of plenty of loud crowds, there was something different in his debut with the Bills.

And it's something that should endear him to plenty of fans in his new team.

"It just felt different," Cooper said after the game. "I have been a part of a lot of very passionate fan bases. I played for the Raiders, the Cowboys, the Browns, Alabama. But this one, it seems a little more heightened."

Buffalo's fanbase has always been a rowdy group and is one of the best across the league.

The best way for Cooper to get on the good side of those loud fans is to show his appreciation for them. So long as he plays as well as he did on Sunday, the Bills will be pleased with his debut moving forward.
