Angel Reese's Outfit for Liberty-Lynx WNBA Finals Game Is Going Viral

Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese was in attendance for Game 5 of the WNBA finals on Sunday. The Minnesota Lynx and New York Liberty were competing in the winner-takes-all matchup.

While much of the attention from WNBA fans pointed toward the stars on the court like Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu and Napheesa Collier, some fans were focused on Reese's outfit.

The WNBA star pulled up to the game with a custom jersey. She had a jersey split in the middle, with one side repping Stewart and the other repping Collier.

She paired the custom jersey with jean shorts and long black boots while carrying a turquoise purse.

Before she caught the attention of fans with the Game 5 outfit, Reese sent a social media request on X , asking over 656k followers if anybody could make her a custom jersey featuring Collier and Stewart.

Reese seems to have gotten her wish granted.

Some fans took to social media to react to Reese's outfit. The rookie was trending during the game, with countless fan accounts posting her outfit.

The original post made by the WNBA, which showcased Reese's look has over 100k views and 770 retweets in under 30 minutes at the time of this writing.

While Reese wasn't able to lead the Sky to a playoff appearance in 2024, the rookie was still able to produce an incredible season.

The 22-year-old averaged 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds during her rookie year with the Sky. She led the WNBA in average rebounds and was the only rookie to average a double-double.

Reese and the Sky finished the 2024 season with a 13-27 record, listed as the No. 10 team in the WNBA standings.
