Bills' Khalil Shakir Scouts 'Insanely Dope' Amari Cooper Debut

    By Adam Schultz,

The Buffalo Bills took care of business in a 34-10 win over the Tennessee Titans at Highmark Stadium, and new receiver Amari Cooper got in on the fun in the second half.

With the Bills' offense struggling mightily in the first half, punting on five of their six possessions, the only way to go was up in the second half...and up they went.

Buffalo would score 27 unanswered points, with Cooper getting in on the act with four catches for 66 yards and a score.

For fellow receiver Khalil Shakir, it was a pleasure to watch the All-Pro do his thing.

"I said this when he got here, like it's just watching him do his thing, I've been watching him for a while now," S hakir said . "So to play next to him and watch him ball out like that, it's insane. It's a moment where I'm like, oh my God, so just seeing him do his thing was dope.”

With the offense taking a half to wake up from its slumber, when it did, things got moving in a hurry.

Josh Allen continued his interception-free streak, which now extends to seven games, going 21 of 33 for 323 yards and two touchdowns. The run game with J ames Cook and Ray Davis combined for 73 yards, and two touchdowns as Buffalo again played complementary football to put the Titans away in the second half.

But the story of the day belongs to Cooper, who just a few days ago was driving to his new city and then managed to not only get on the field but play significant snaps and haul in a score.

He's officially a Buffalo Bill now.
