MOLINE, Ill. — A popular Moline intersection has fully reopened after weeks of closures. The Avenue of the Cities and 16th Street intersection in Moline has reopened. Crews completed over $1 million in construction work, including but not limited to adding emergency vehicle preemption to the signal, concrete repairs and sidewalk replacement to ensure ADA compliance.
