Teens charged after twice burglarizing home in northeast Lincoln, police say
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Three Lincoln teens are facing charges after a home was burglarized twice in a few months. Prosecutors have charged 18-year-old Andrew Minzel with burglary and possession of a stolen firearm, and he was arrested on Wednesday. Two other 17-year-old boys have also been charged in the case.
