A luxury menswear retailer is joining High Street , a multiphase mixed-use district set to span 36 acres that will feature several restaurants and retail concepts.

Allen Edmonds plans to relocate its Park Place location to the development. The new 1,800-square-foot location will feature The Port Washington Studio, where guests can fully customize shoes, from the leather to the laces.

The luxury brand will also showcase well-known lifestyle brands for men, with all products crafted in the United States, according to a news release. In addition to footwear, the brand sells apparel and accessories.

Allen Edmonds Shoe Corporation was founded in 1922 and is based in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

The med-spa Skin Spirit was also recently announced as a High Street tenant, along with Velvet Taco , Jaguar Bolera and Nando’s PERi-PERi . Previously announced concepts include the coastal-inspired The Hampton Social , contemporary Mexican restaurant Agave Bandido , sushi restaurant Cuddlefish , ice cream shop Ben & Jerry’s and the tech-infused mini-golf experience Puttshack .

High Street is designed around an internal street grid spanning 10 city blocks. It is located near the Dunwoody MARTA Station and Perimeter Mall. The first phase will feature a collection of retail, dining and entertainment concepts, centered around a plaza that will be activated with community events.

With the latest round of tenant announcements, High Street has secured more than 80,000 square feet of the first phase’s 150,000-square-foot retail environment, according to a news release. Additional new retailers and restaurants are in the works.

“We have carefully curated a lively mix of retail experiences, including several new-to-Atlanta concepts and beloved community brands, that weave together the unique urban fabric of this district,” said James Linsley , president of GID Development Group , the developer of High Street. “With every visit, guests will delight in old favorites and new discoveries. We’re enjoying terrific momentum and interest from tenants. It’s an exciting time for High Street.”
