A new sandwich concept will make its debut at Terminal South .

Saint Jawns is set to open at Switchman Hall , the upcoming development’s food hall. The concept comes from Carl Northrop , the owner of Black Coffee ATL .

The menu will offer a unique spin on what you would expect from sandwich shops in New Orleans and Philadelphia, paying homage to Carl’s late mother, Stacy Northrop , a self-taught chef who he created the concept with before she passed away in December 2023.

The Cajun Jawn will feature a choice of Cajun spiced shaved chicken or beef, candied jalapeños, smoked provolone cheese and Cajun aioli on a sourced-from-Philly toasted amoroso roll. The Italian Jawn is served on a classic hoagie with salami, hot ham capicola, red onion, shaved lettuce, sliced tomato, olive oil, red wine vinegar and oregano. The Rich Boy will feature crispy breaded Gulf shrimp, crispy breaded oysters, blue claw crab meat and Maine lobster on a toasted amoroso roll – all drizzled with drawn Cajun butter and topped with a fresh creole coleslaw.

Sides include Cajun-seasoned french fries and fried pickles with house-made ranch dipping sauce.

Saint Jawns is one of two concepts that Northrop will be bringing to Switchman Hall. Everyday People Caffeine and Cocktails will feature an extensive coffee menu (featuring coffee from Atlanta’s Portrait Coffee ) and cocktail program, along with grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items and late-night bites.

Terminal South is slated to open in late 2024. It is located steps away from the Atlanta BeltLine and will be the final stop on the city’s first-ever bus rapid transit line – MARTA Rapid. It features the adaptive reuse of two former warehouse structures, introducing approximately 45,625 square feet of mixed-use space that will include a collection of restaurants at the planned food hall known as Switchman Hall.

The development in Atlanta’s Peoplestown neighborhood is led by Stafford Properties .
