Visitors to Halidom Eatery will be able to get a slice of New York when Luca’s Brooklyn Pizzeria opens at the food hall this spring.

Luca’s Brooklyn Pizzeria is no stranger to the food hall scene; the concept can currently be found at Politan Row at Colony Square in Midtown.

The Brooklyn-inspired pizza is made with dough that’s fermented for 72 hours. Owner Jeremy Gatto, also part of the team behind Pizza Jeans at Ponce City Market, said the outpost at Halidom Eatery will offer pizzas both as a whole pie and by the slice. The menu also includes calzones and salads.

Located on Moreland Avenue, the art deco-inspired Halidom Eatery is slated to open this spring. It will include indoor seating for 320 guests, outdoor seating for 123 guests and a cocktail bar called Bar La Rose. There will also be a private event space and a two-acre outdoor green space.

Located at the IST Management headquarters’ base, the food hall is the inaugural phase of the mixed-use development Halidom. Residential and retail spaces are also envisioned for the site. It is located south of East Atlanta Village.

IST Management Services President and CEO Hal Blackman spoke with What Now Atlanta last fall about the vision for Halidom Eatery.

“I wanted to develop something that was special, that was based on bringing something to the community that was different, something that was peaceful, a place for people to get along,” Blackman said at the time.

Luca’s Brooklyn Pizzeria is part of the final round of tenant announcements, which also includes Just Dogs ATL , Deallo’s Seafood , Grind Time Coffee Co. , Wasabi Sushi & Ramen and Buena Papa Fry Bar .

The concepts join previously announced tenants, including Press Waffle Co. , Mad Dads Philly’s , Mango Indian Grill , Locale Island Eats and Luze Mexicano Cocina .
