A revitalized hotel in Midtown is getting ready to opens its doors to guests this year.

The 101-year-old, Spanish Colonial-inspired property at 1302 W Peachtree St NW is expected to open this summer as Hotel Granada . The hotel will have “an urban oasis feel, where Spanish bohemian meets Southern charm.”

The new hotel from Aparium Hotel Group will have 120 rooms and an open-air courtyard featuring Pom Court, the hotel’s signature bar and restaurant that will serve as an all-day dining destination. The restaurant will offer a quick-service menu of coffee and pastries during the week, brunch dishes on the weekend, and a full-service menu of cocktails and Spanish-Southern small plates in the afternoons and evenings.
