Three Perspire Sauna Studios Will Bring the Heat to Metro Atlanta

Three more locations of Perspire Sauna Studio are headed to metro Atlanta thanks to a recent multi-unit franchise agreement with the wellness company.

The studio will be introduced in Alpharetta, Peachtree Corners and Buford.

Amanda Arboleda Ridley is the franchisee behind the new locations. She became interested in franchising as a way to get into business for yourself, but not by yourself.

“Health and wellness was really speaking to me, this idea of holistic wellness,” she told What Now Atlanta , eventually leading her to Perspire.

There are currently four Perspire studios in metro Atlanta, as well as an additional franchise location under development in Midtown.

The studios utilize infrared/red-light sauna therapy, which carries a variety of physical and mental benefits, Ridley said. Among them: reduced inflammation, help with fine lines and wrinkles of the skin, and better sleep. It can also be a great post-recovery tool for after a workout, or a complement to physical therapy.

It’s also about good old relaxation and self-care, with a personalized experience.

“They’re getting to know you and your preferences. All you have to do is walk in and relax,” Ridley said.

They are currently scoping out locations in Alpharetta, Peachtree Corners and Buford, with the first one hopefully opening this fall or early winter.

As a metro Atlanta native, Ridley is excited to bring a concept she’s passionate about to areas she knows well.

“They’re places I grew up, places that feel like home,” she said. “This is such a great concept I wanted to bring to the communities I’ve lived and breathed. There’s so many benefits to the everyday consumer of using Perspire. I wanted these communities to have it closer at their fingertips.”

Perspire was established in 2010 by founder and CEO Lee Braun . The company has awarded 194 franchise licenses, with 54 studios open around the U.S.
