Coworking space company Roam has announced plans to open their ninth location at the Peachtree Corners Town Center.

The nearly 35,000-square-foot location at 3847 Medlock Bridge Road marks the company’s first free-standing workplace. It is set to feature a rooftop event space and new coffee shop and cafe with a covered drive-thru.

In partnership with New Urban Development Corporation , the four-story building is projected to open early summer 2025.

The workspace will include 13 luxury meeting spaces, a technology-equipped podcast room and 80 private offices complemented by a member-only shared workspace. There will be a new meeting concept called The Lodge. The rooftop will be available for corporate gatherings, networking events and special occasions. Full-service catering, business class Wi-Fi and onsite printing are among the amenities.

Roam will also share the first floor with a new coffee brand, Sequel Coffee Co. , featuring handcrafted beverages, fresh pastries and an array of eats available both in-store and via drive-thru service.

Roam and New Urban are partnering with architect NELSON Worldwide and general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie .

Roam was founded in Alpharetta in 2008 and has grown to several locations across metro Atlanta and its first out-of-state workplace in Dallas, Texas.

“This new location represents not only our commitment to providing innovative workspace solutions but also our dedication to fostering connected communities,” CEO Peyton Day said. “We are deeply appreciative of the support from the Peachtree Corners community and extend our heartfelt gratitude to the New Urban team for their invaluable partnership in bringing this vision to life. With a rooftop event space and new coffee shop and cafe, Sequel Coffee Co., we aim to create more than just a workplace; we aspire to cultivate a dynamic office destination where purpose, inspiration, and fun converge.”
