Luxury Apartment Community Completed on Howell Mill Road

SHR Resi , a wholly-owned subsidiary of commercial real estate firm Songy Highroads , has announced the completion of The Howell , a luxury apartment community located on Howell Mill Road at Interstate 75 on Atlanta’s Upper Westside.

The Howell includes 212 units, featuring a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The residences include open floor plans with 9- to 12-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers and walk-in closets. Select units have oversized balconies.

The Howell also includes a private seventh-floor open-air resident lounge with views of the Midtown and downtown skylines. Other amenities include a co-working space, a resort-style pool and pool deck, a clubhouse, a pet run and pet spa, a fitness center, and a gated and covered parking garage.

The community includes 3,500 square feet of ground-level retail space, with negotiations underway for new tenants.

The Howell is located at the northwest corner of Howell Mill Road and Interstate 75, offering access to the Buckhead, Collier Hills, Springlake and Wildwood neighborhoods. It is in the Morris Brandon Elementary School district.

Ground was broken on the community in 2022 .
