Already having landed two blue-chip prospects in the 2025 cycle, Georgia Tech is battling for a pair of elite recruits along the line of scrimmage.

It has been well-documented that the Yellow Jackets are a serious threat to land 5-star interior offensive lineman Josh Petty . But, GT is also now favored in the recruitment of Duluth (Ga.) four-star offensive tackle Damola Ajidahun .

On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons and VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong both logged expert predictions this week favoring the Yellow Jackets. Georgia Tech now leads for Ajidahun in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine at 94.9%.

“I have been there too many times to count. It is right down the road and I have probably been there at least six or seven times,” Ajidahun told On3 earlier this summer . “I really like the philosophy at Georgia Tech. I like coach Brent Key a lot and I feel like the team is on the rise. They are getting players, the team is working hard and I love their work ethic. The staff and players are building something great. I really believe that.”

Ajidahun is the nation’s No. 254 overall prospect, No. 20 offensive tackle and No. 36 recruit from Georgia in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 is higher on Ajidahun than the other three major recruiting services. He ranks No. 84 overall and No. 10 among offensive tackles in the 2025 On300 .
