STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Jury selection is scheduled to begin next week in the 2021 shooting death of a Staten Island man at a local music studio. STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Mariners Harbor man is facing multiple charges following an attack in which he is accused of attempting to beat his own father to death. Albert Duka, 33, of Amador Street, pleaded not guilty during an arraignment Friday in state Supreme Court, St. George, on charges of attempted murder, assault and burglary.
