Hogs set to host talented prospects for Picnic on Saturday
FAYETTEVILLE — The Razorbacks are set to host a talented group of recruits on Saturday for a cookout and picnic with the 2024 season drawing near. A mixture of commitments and prospects who are still looking for a college will be on hand for this year’s event. The Hogs currently have approximately 25 prospects planning to attend. More will likely opt to come before the end of the week.

Wynne School Board approves kindergarten fencing, weapons detector; increases athletic meal rates
WYNNE — The Wynne School Board approved fencing for the kindergarten addition and the purchase of a weapons detector unit Monday night. Wynne Superintendent Dr. Kenneth Moore said he was concerned about students’ safety due to the proximity of the construction road and the nearby playground. The board agreed to add a fence, which will mostly enclose that playground. It will also tie into a fence at Wynne Intermediate School that was installed by the PTA.
