WYNNE — A concerned citizen has offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for recent vehicle break-ins in the City of Wynne. Wynne Police Chief Richard Dennis said the city has seen a noticeable uptick in vehicle burglaries in the past year.
