AUGUSTA Ga. (WJBF) The USA Cycling Masters & Junior Road National Championships is taking place July 25-28, and the Augusta Sports Council (ASC) is asking for volunteers for the competition.

According to ASC, over 300 volunteers will be needed the week of the event to help with set-up and breakdown, registration, athlete hydration and course marshals among other duties.

Individual time trials will be held on Fort Eisenhower July 25-27, with the criterium being held in Downtown Augusta on July 28. The event this year is expected to bring in 600-800 athletes.
