CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A car crash in Cleveland Tuesday morning sent a driver to the hospital and caused a power outage for a section of a neighborhood. According to Cleveland Division of Fire dispatchers, the crash occurred around 11:57 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, in the area of E. 79th St. and Central Ave.
