Spinelli’s Number Three Arriving at Anschutz

Spinelli’s Market, renowned for its Italian deli delights, is gearing up to unveil its third location, according to Denverite . The local chain will be opening a shop on Aurora’s University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, at the address 12955 E Montview Blvd.

Co-owner Jake Riederer, who operates the locations with wife Cecelia Jones and partner John Moutzouris, tells What Now Denver the lease has been signed and they hope to open in the late spring at the 3,800-square-foot space.

The property is located in The Fremont multi-use building in the AIR Communities plaza. Its upcoming neighbors that will also move in soon include Milieu Fermentation, Wow Scrubs, and Sable and Siren Hair Co.

The expansion marks another significant milestone for the business, known for its savory sandwiches, fresh produce, and ready-to-heat meals. It will also give the company a chance to expand its catering services, with plenty of new companies to network with now.
