PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - A man has been rescued after he was stuck in a hole for hours in northwest Portland. At about 5:45 a.m., Portland Fire & Rescue crews responded to a report of a person stuck in a hole in the area of Northwest 15th Avenue and Northwest Glisan Street. People in a nearby building heard a man calling for help and called 911.
