Man rescued after falling into 50-foot well in Georgia
AUSTELL, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A man was rescued Friday morning after being trapped in a well in Cobb County for several hours overnight. A Cobb Fire Heavy Rescue team responded to the 7000 block of Hartman Road in Austell Friday around 4:45 a.m. Cobb 911 says it received a call about a person trapped in a well at that location.

Atlanta Police Investigate Fatal Shooting Involving Security Guard on Morosgo Drive NE
Tragedy struck in the early hours of July 25 when a man was fatally shot following an altercation at 639 Morosgo Drive NE in Atlanta. The incident, drawing the immediate attention of local authorities, was reported at approximately 2:17 am. According to the Atlanta Police Department's official news release, officers arrived to find the male victim in an unresponsive state because of gunshot wounds inflicted during the dispute.
