    It's a car! It's a bike! It's... a fish?

Recent storms and heavy rain have caused flooding in the Texas Hill Country, with some areas receiving up to 7 inches of rain.

A recent video highlights the impact of the flooding, showing fish being carried across the road as floodwaters transport them from their homes in nearby creeks, rivers and banks.
