    Convictions: July 8-15

    — Edgar Carlos, 33, Austin, was sentenced to 42 months in prison for felony first degree DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol-felony.

    — Dustin Charles Chenevert, 35, Rochester, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount of marijuana. He must follow several conditions.

    — Kane Norbert Erickson, 29, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison. He was also sentenced to four years supervised probation and 90 days in jail for felony second degree drugs – sale of 10 grams or more – a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 48 months in jail.

    — Marian Annette Grap, 61, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp.

    — Myo Kyi, 37, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

    — Divad David John, 22, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions.

    — Tony Cecilio Depreist, 36, Romulus, Michigan, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs – possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual – not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions.

    — Jordan Christopher Healey, 37, Pine Island, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual – not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months in prison. He was also sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 301 days in jail. He was given credit for 63 days served. Sentences are to run concurrently.

    — Chaun Lamar Johnson II, 25, Minneapolis, was sentenced to two y ears supervised probation for felony damage to property-first degree-value reduced over $1,000. He must follow conditions and pay $2,046.47 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
