Hursboro, Lowndesboro receive grants for recreation improvements
Hurtsboro and Lowndesboro were among other communities to receive a grant from the state to improve its recreation services. The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) allocated the funds from the Federal Highway Administration’s Recreational Trails Program.
