I have 1 pre 1940, 1 pre 1950, 1 pre 1980, and 1 pre 1990 vehicle. My wive drives a 2018 vehicle. Her rig uses more oil than all of mine, and my 1978 powerwagon is a daily driver with 251,000 on it. If you have to dope your engine with anything, in regards to oil use or leaks, then it is past time to fix your engine.
