ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Tuesday, the St. Louis County Council decided to put on a plan to fund a property tax freeze for seniors. The bill could affect around 150,000 households. The money would go towards the infrastructure needed to implement the freeze that passed in 2023.
