Ideal Tile fills out retail center on Route 35 in Middletown
Country Plaza, a newly renovated shopping center on Route 35 in Middletown anchored by the new Mexican restaurant Casa Calveras, is now completely leased. Ideal Tile, a retailer of porcelain, ceramic, stone, glass and mosaic tiles, has signed a lease for a 2,000-square-foot storefront in the retail center, which consists of two buildings, totaling 21,377 square feet, according to CBRE, the commercial real estate brokerage.
