Deadly shooting under investigation in Norfolk
NORFOLK, Va. — A murder investigation is underway after a man was shot to death in Norfolk, police said. The shooting happened Sunday around 7:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue, in the Ocean View section of the city.
