Marksville man arrested for cruelty to the infirmed, negligent homicide
MARKSVILLE, La. (KALB) - A Marksville man has been arrested for cruelty to the infirmed and negligent homicide, according to the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office. Details are limited in the case. APSO said that the Marksville Police Department investigated an incident and sent the case file to the Avoyelles Parish District Attorney. It was then presented before a Grand Jury review, resulting in a True Bill/Bill of Indictment, and an arrest warrant was issued.
