Isle of Palms' new parking enforcement plan issues over 3K tickets in 4 months
ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCIV) — Over the past four months, parking tickets have become a hot topic on Isle of Palms. In March, the city hired PCI Municipal Services to handle citations.
