This article is compiled from the Sedalia Police Department crime reports. Sunday night, Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1800 block of South Sneed Avenue. Upon arrival, Officers attempted to speak to both of the parties involved. One of the subjects involved in the disturbance was very irate, and began making threats while Officers were investigating the incident. Jonathon Lee Prewitt, 42, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of Peace Disturbance, Harassment in the 1st Degree, Tampering with a Witness in a Felony Prosecution, and Assault in the 4th Degree. Prewitt was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked.

A Marshall man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Friday afternoon in Saline County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 1991 GMC SC2, driven by 18-year-old Cooper P. Pennick of Marshall, was at 31574 Highway H just before 5 p.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a ditch.

A Urich couple were injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred Sunday night in Cass County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 1993 Honda Goldwing MC, driven by 37-year-old Paul A. Felton of Urich, was on Route B, east of Sherwood around 7:45 p.m., when a deer entered the roadway and Felton was unable to avoid it.
