I'm going out on a limb here: "Neutralize" the terrorists in Israeli prisons....so there won't be a need to negotiate. Bibi doesn't want to make the same mistake that he did with the Gilad Shalit deal. Sinwar is just one of the thousand+ prisoners that was released in exchange for Shalit. I can't answer this (as a mother) but all of the people mad at Bibi don't realize what a tough position he's in, like him or not.
