Unfortunately any type of public transportation is dangerous, I think people would be more receptive if there was adequate protection, between the common criminals and gangs plus people that are on drugs or just plain crazy people are scared, Los Angeles has made the list of high crime places to avoid and for good reason, so until people feel safe they won’t use it 🙏
