why do we have to create a whole unit to communicate when they're supposed to be investigating and doing their job why do we waste tax dollars when they are not doing their jobs they're supposed to communicate with the victims and investigate so why are we pampering police officers not doing their job again we're patting the cops on the back and going it's okay we'll fix it for you your job is too stressful I don't understand they're supposed to communicate with people there's supposed to outreach to people they're not counselors they're not psychologists but they should be communicating with victims of crimes being detectives and investigating so they're not doing that so we have to create a whole new team just to communicate with the public I'm not understanding what this article is trying to explain to us what is the need for a whole new crew to waste of tax dollars we just need to school these cops on they get paid tax dollars
