Nominations for the annual Axios Charlotte home of the Year are open

We're seeking nominations for our annual Home of the Year Award to celebrate the latest work of architects and designers in Charlotte.

Catch up quick: Every year we highlight the best of the best in residential real estate and we're eager to receive this year's submissions.

• Past winners have showcased innovative designs , creative custom spaces and functional family homes .

Here's a list of things to know if you want to be considered for our 2024 Home of the Year.

Qualifications: Homes must be newly built, or remodeled within the past 12 months.

• Submissions can be apartments, condos, townhouses or single-family homes in the Charlotte area.
• You can submit your own home or a client's home.

How to submit: Email your nomination(s) to alexis.clinton@axios.com using the subject line "Home of the Year nomination."

• Please include the address, a brief description (up to three sentences) and at least three photos.

What's next: The deadline to submit is August 30, 2024. If your nomination is selected as a finalist, we will follow up for more information.

• We will announce one winner and the finalists in September.
