    This weekend in Denver, join a zombie takeover in Larimer Square, enjoy a fair on Tennyson Street or take the family to Arapahoe County's trick-or-treating festival.


    1. 🧟 Denver Zombie Crawl

    Walk among hundreds of the undead at the Denver Zombie Crawl at Larimer Square .

    What to expect: A DJ set with Halloween tunes, coffin photo op, makeup tent and several pop-up bars serving cocktails, cold brews and Hardcharged Tea by Voodoo Ranger.

    There will be a costume contest. Entrants can participate as an individual for $5 or a group of up to six people for $10.

    How it works: Participants must register for the contest by 2pm at the shipping container bar.

    • Prizes include a trophy, VIP entry to any Denver 13th Floor Experience, "Skip the Line" tickets to Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns at Hudson Gardens and Zombie Crawl drink tickets.

    If you go: Prop weapons are prohibited.

    • Catch this interactive cult classic 8pm tomorrow at Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Tickets start at $32
    • If you go: Audiences are encouraged to yell callbacks, dance and sing along. Bags with items to throw on stage will be available for purchase.

    5. 🍁 Tennyson Fall Fest

    • This street fair includes more than 100 local businesses, breweries, artisans and food trucks. There will also be live music, yoga and a pet parade. Free
    • When: 10am–6pm Saturday
    • Location: Tennyson St. from W. 41st to W. 44th streets

    6. 🍫 Treat Street

    • Head to the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds 11am–4pm Saturday and Sunday for an indoor trick-or-treating fair featuring carriage rides, costume contests, face and pumpkin painting, inflatables, a maze and an adult beer garden. Tickets
    • The fine print: This is not a pet-friendly event unless your pup is competing in a race.
    • Cost: $10 presale, $12 day of event (online and in person).
