The Can Opener , a new food truck park, has opened in downtown Durham.

What to expect: Located near a low-hanging bridge notorious for ripping the tops off trucks, it offers indoor-and-outdoor seating for food truck customers year round.

    • The venue features spots for five food trucks as well as a bar serving coffee and craft beer.

Zoom in: Its five initial food trucks include:

🇰🇷 Bulkogi , which makes Korean barbecue

    🐓 Chick-N-Que , a chopped chicken barbecue purveyor

🥙 Gussy's , which specializes in Greek food

🌯 Queen Eggxpress , which serves breakfast sandwiches and burritos

🍦 And Andia's Ice Cream , which has repurposed an old double-decker bus into an ice cream shop for its first Durham location.

Location: 205 S. Gregson St., Durham.

    • The Can Opener is open seven days a week, from 7am-10pm.
