🍿 Summer Showdown

The Salt Lake Film Society is showing "Mad Max: Fury Road" and "Red Dawn" as part of its annual Summer Showdown film series. Screenings will offer limited-edition swag and giveaways.

When: Friday-Saturday, with showings at 7pm and 9pm

Where: Broadway Centre Cinemas

Admission: $15 per person

🎉 Grid City Music Fest

The South Salt Lake music festival is back for its third year, featuring 54 local bands and seven stages.

When: Friday-Sunday

Where: Multiple locations in South Salt Lake's Creative Industries Zone

Admission: You'll only need tickets to see the headliner at the Commonwealth Room for $20 a person.

🌕 Blue Moon Festival

Holladay's summer concert series will include an arts market, kids' activities and food.

When: Saturday 5pm-10pm

Where: Holladay City Park

Admission: Free
