Don't stress Dub Nation, Stephen Curry has all but guaranteed he will finish his illustrious career as a Warrior.

Driving the news: The newly minted Olympic gold medalist has agreed to a one-year, $62.6 million extension with the Golden State Warriors, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports . Curry is now under contract with the Warriors through the 2026-2027 season.

The fine print: The NBA's collective bargaining agreement's over-38 rule prevented the Warriors from offering anything more than a one-year extension. By the end of his deal, he will be 39 years old.

By the numbers: Curry is now guaranteed $178 million over the next three years, ESPN reports .

    • He'll also become the third NBA player, alongside LeBron James and Kevin Durant, to surpass $500 million in career earnings.

What's next: The regular season kicks off on Oct. 23 when the Dubs face the Portland Trail Blazers in Portland.

    • We're eager to see if the Warriors can return to their winning ways, despite the departure of beloved Splash Brother Klay Thompson .
