🥳 Savor the summer at the South Lake Union Block Party , which will feature lawn games, food trucks, two music stages and beer and cocktail options. 11am–10pm Friday near the corner of Denny Way and Westlake Avenue North. All ages. Free admission.

🍿 Catch an outdoor screening of the 1984 version of "Dune" at the Mural Amphitheater at Seattle Center. Starts at 8pm. Free.

    Saturday

🍩 Walk, don't run, to Seattle's last Lard Butt 1K "race" at Magnuson Park Sports Meadow. Dedicated to below-average athletes and weekend warriors, the event features doughnuts and beer instead of water and oranges.

    • Registration ( $35–40 ) starts at 8am; "run" starts at 9:30am.

🎥 Enjoy an outdoor showing of the animated film "Raya and the Last Dragon" at Hing Hay Park in the Chinatown-International District. Local artists will perform at 6pm Saturday; film starts at 7pm. Free.

🎶 Experience Tibetan art, music and dance at the Tibet Fest inside the Seattle Center Armory. 11am–5pm Saturday, noon–5pm Sunday.

🎉 Join a block party celebrating Seattle's Little Saigon neighborhood. The street festival will feature performers and artists from Seattle's Vietnamese community, plus live music, games, food and prizes. 10–4pm Saturday at 1212 S. King Street. Free.

🍻 Unwind at Hillman City 's annual block party . Enjoy music, arts and crafts, food vendors, kids activities, an East African dance party and two beer gardens.

    • Event stretches along Rainier Avenue, from roughly 42nd Avenue South to South Juneau Street. 11am–11pm.

    Sunday

🛴 Ride scooters, bikes and adaptive cycles at Bike and Scoot Sunday at Seward Park. Renting e-bikes and scooters is free for this ride along Lake Washington Boulevard. 10am–2pm Sunday.
