    Krispy Kreme has a deal for Labor Day. Here's how to get a dozen doughnuts for $2

    Looking for a sweet treat this weekend? A popular doughnut chain has you covered.

    Krispy Kreme is offering customers a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for $2 with the purchase of any dozen doughnuts at regular prices through Monday, Sept. 2, the company announced Wednesday.

    The deal is part of Krispy Kreme's "Go for 2" promotion, which encourages football fans to "earn extra points with family and friends over Labor Day weekend" as they take in Week 1 of the college football season.

    Customers can redeem the offer in-shop and for pick up at participating Krispy Kreme shops or delivery via the Krispy Kreme app or website. There is a limit of two dozens per customer in-shop and via the drive-thru, and one dozen via the app and website for pickup or delivery, according to Krispy Kreme.

    There are nine Krispy Kreme stores in Arizona, according to the company.

    • Glendale: 5220 W. Bell Road
    • Mesa: 1984 W. Main St.
    • Mesa: 6626 E. Superstition Springs Blvd.
    • Phoenix : 3607 E. Bell Road
    • Phoenix: 3201 W. Indian School Road
    • Scottsdale: 7055 E. Shea Blvd.
    • Tucson: 1090 W. Irvington Road
    • Tucson: 5621 E. Broadway
