With Jose Quintana and David Peterson pitching Thursday, manager Carlos Mendoza may have to turn to Tylor Megill to start Game 1 against Wheeler. They'll have Friday off, but unless Megill shocks and goes deep into Game 1, it will be another long day for New York's bullpen.
