    Former Metropolitan Opera violinist Erica Miner to share opera stories at Casa Italiana on Saturday, Aug. 24

    Erica Miner, a former Metropolitan Opera violinist and now Seattle-based author, will be presenting an engaging discussion on Italian opera at Casa Italiana on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, from 12 – 2 p.m.

    The event is free and open to the public, offering attendees a chance to dive into the world of opera through Miner’s unique perspective and personal experiences.

    Having accompanied legendary opera stars such as Luciano Pavarotti and Mirella Freni during her time at the Metropolitan Opera, Miner will share some of her favorite Italian-flavored opera anecdotes in this fun and informative presentation.

    The event will also feature a no-host bar for attendees.

    Following her presentation, Miner will be available for a book signing, where she will sign copies of her popular opera mystery novels.
