The annual Hi-Liners Musical Theatre Auction & Gala fundraiser is set for Saturday, Nov. 16, offering a night of mischief, glamor, and local philanthropy.

This year’s theme, “Unleash Your Villain: It’s Good to Be Bad,” encourages attendees to embrace their inner villain for an unforgettable evening of fun and fundraising. The event will be held at the Brockey Center at South Seattle College, located at 6000 16th Ave SW (map below).

Guests are invited to dress in cocktail attire or even don costumes as their favorite villainous characters — whether that’s Ursula, Maleficent, or a suave Bond villain. While costumes are optional, they add to the playful atmosphere of the night, which will also feature appetizers, wine, a silent auction, and a live auction during dinner.

The event begins with registration at 5:30 p.m., followed by appetizers and a silent auction from 6 to 7 p.m. Dinner and the live auction will commence at 7:30 p.m.

Proceeds from the gala will benefit HMT’s mission to support performing arts education for local students. The auction serves as the organization’s only annual fundraiser, with funds raised helping to preserve and advance arts programming that enhances life skills and boosts achievement for youth in the community.

Tickets are now available on the HMT Auction & Gala website. Supporters are encouraged to reserve their spots, invite friends, or donate auction items to contribute to this worthy cause.
